EMMA + ANTONE
4 AUGUST 2017 . MAGDALEN COLLEGE . OXFORD .
OUR STORY
WE'RE GETTING MARRIED
We're delighted to be getting married in Oxford, the city where we met in 2014. Antone had just started his PhD, and Emma was studying for a Masters in Public Policy. Slowly but surely, a policy aficionado and a Californian zoologist fell in love.
XOXO

OUR
WEDDING
Our wedding ceremony will be a Catholic Mass held at Magdalen College, where Antone is a Fellow. Drinks and light refreshments will be held at the College after the ceremony.
REGISTRY
Many of our guests are travelling a long way to be with us on our wedding day. This is the gift that means the most to us.
If you would like to give us something in addition, we would very much appreciate contributions to help us start our life together: such as a contribution to our honeymoon, to help us buy a car, or for our home. Do let us know if you'd like us to use your gift for a specific purpose.
Alternatively, we have organised a small gift registry with
John Lewis. Our Gift List number is 710443.
OUR
RECEPTION
We are holding a small reception for close family and friends at a country pub just outside Oxford. There will be buses to take guests from Magdalen College to The Perch leaving at 4pm with two drop-offs: the first at the edge of the meadow (at 15-minute walk to the Perch) and the second at the pub itself. If it's a nice day, the other option is to walk (which will take about 45 minutes). Either way, bring comfy shoes!

GETTING
THERE
TRANSPORTATION
For those heading to Oxford from London, the easiest way to get to Magdalen College is by public transport: either by train (with a bit of a walk) from Paddington or Marylebone, or by bus on the Oxford Tube or X90. If you are travelling from further afield, get in touch with us as we'd love to help you plan!
ACCOMMODATION
If you have time, we'd love you to join us in Oxford for the weekend after our wedding. We'll be organising some activities you'd be welcome to join - more details here.
If you'd like to stay in town, we recommend staying in one of the University's colleges. There are single rooms available in Magdalen College, and double rooms in colleges nearby. These are best booked early. If you're having any trouble booking, let us know.
